"Stayed here for a week at the beginning of October with my husband and adult son. This was our first Vrbo rental and the process went very smoothly. The apt. was an easy walk to and from the tube. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped for our needs. I hadn’t realized that self catering meant supplying your own toilet tissue when the initial roll ran out. "Was a bit disappointed that there was scaffolding up at all the windows in our room as had paid extra for a suite. It is great that the bar stays open until 3 a.m. but unfortunately they had no room service for snacks available. Room was very clean & good location."

"Advertised as 1 bed but was studio with screen to pull across bed not what expected. Very dirty, dust and hairs on all surfaces, towels old and discoloured. Had to wait in cold a long time to check in. Glad only staying 3nights.No WiFi."
