"The location was very convenient, it was just a few minutes from the Tottenham Court Road underground station. There are also lots of stores and attractions nearby. It is a short walk to lots of interesting places such as the theater district, Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square, etc. And even though the hotel is very close to the busy bustling areas, my room was surprisingly quiet. "The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."

"Nice property. Check in and getting keys at a store not very close to the property is a little off. Worked out fine but had to take time to drop off set of keys before our departure. It says no lift and honestly the stairs are tough if you have any mobility issues. It is in listing. So take heed. Happened to be a warm few days in early June and it was hot in apartment. There were two fans left for use and it helped somewhat. Again it says no A/C. Not unusual for Europe to not have A/C. Nice...
