"Convenient for early departure from Euston Station as approx. 10min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lift was hit and miss but being on First Floor just used the stairs. Breakfast was nice, eggs fluffy, wife had Buttermilk pancakes, only one pancake served but tasted delightful. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself."

"A beautiful hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The room was spotless, as too the bathroom. The only two issues we were aware of was an area of worn carpet , and the shower holder was not proficient at holding the shower head up. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to family and friends "
