"After a long day of travel the staff was able to give us an early check in and it made a world of difference. The room was perfect and they fixed an issue with the tv in less than 5 minutes. Beds were great and we even returned to the same hotel a week later to ask them to get us a cab as we were on a cruise. The gentleman went across the street just to make sure we were on time. Great staff. Great experience."

"The Room was clean and well appointed. There was even a wine frig in the kitchen. The staff was absolutely amazing. The building layout is a little quirky as it is in the quarter and takes up several adjacent building with different floor heights which means there are small sets of stairs when transitioning from one building to the next.
