"Comfortable beds! Beautiful hotel in the Quarter but away from the noise. Convenient to Jackson Square, Bourbon and Royal Streets. Doormen were helpful with directions and hailing rides. Highly recommend it. Plan to stay there on my next visit. "

"This property is fantastic! The amenities are what you would expect for this chain. It is a very spacious suite, and extremely comfortable. But the thing that stands out about this property is the very kind and accommodating staff. My daughter and I and our dog were traveling across the country, and our New Orleans stop was the last night of our trip. Then - a freak snow storm rolled in and we were stuck and not able to leave. The hotel was so helpful and accommodating, putting us right back in our same room. The valet was awesome, as well as the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it!"

"An excellent hotel with an expansive view of the Mississippi River. There was a bit of noise, primarily from the doors of other rooms. I wish the doors had dampeners on them. Otherwise this was a most enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. The AC was very quiet and effective. "
