"Hotel is in a good location for visiting the French Quarter. Rooms are decent and fairly clean. In my room the bath tile walls hadn't been cleaned recently and the headboards did not look very clean at all. Like they had been wiped with dirty rags or something. Also the room heat/ac unit was pretty noisy. It was in the 50's while we were there so heat was on and seemed to make a lot of noise for a heat unit. Other than those fairly minor things it was a a decent room for the price in a good...

"The hotel is a beautiful, historical building, in a great location. My family really enjoyed taking pictures from the balcony. The room could have been cleaned a little better (there was food from the previous guest still inside the mini fridge), however the staff were very kind and attentive. "

"This is an older property that has a lot of charm right in the heart of the French Quarter. Employees went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Room and property were clean, yes it’s older so there’s some wear and tear and the elevators groan (loved them) but overall a great experience."
