"The staff is amazing. Coming back to the hotel every night felt like being welcomed home. The room with the balcony was absolutely charming and perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Vacherie restaurant on the ground floor was our favorite breakfast place. The area around the hotel is fun and lively and the courtyard is a quiet place to relax. We loved our stay. "

"Our original room was a bit stale and pleasant due to moldy smell which probably was a result of windows not being able to open up but when we went down to change rooms we got a balcony room and the it was GREAT. The hotel is located on one of the intersections of Bourbon providing a bit of the action but also a chance to be away and sleep. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating and so I’d stay here again and again for sure. "

"The hotel was great. Fantastic location. Easy in and out. The guys working valet are great. The gentleman working the front desk in the morning is super friendly. While the hall ways are dated, we loved our room and the lobby was beautiful. If you want snacks out of the vending machine bring your own dollar bills. The lady working the evening shift was not very friendly and said she had no dollar bills to change out. She acted lik I was bothering her. All in all a great stay and great hotel. We will be back in January."
