"Second stay in this hotel and I will be back. Mainly because its clean, feels safe and a totally fantastic location. 5 mins walk from Russell Square Tube. Take ear plugs, its a City location! Had the breakfast this time and will select that on my next visit too. Must add all staff are super nice, helpful and friendly. "

"This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. My only complaint is there were not enough hangers for my clothes. Great place to stay. Close to Buckingham Palace & literally steps from Victoria Rail Station and the Victoria line tube. "
