"Very fun vibe, older hotel that got a little facelift but has older infrastructure like bathroom and wallpaper but it was clean, fridge in room was cold, heat worked well, visited the hot tub which was clean and hot. Nice overall experience and staff was very friendly and welcoming. "

"Check in was great. The room was nice and clean. I liked that the bottled water was free and not an extra charge. This hotel was so close to the Shrine that we were able to walk to attend the concert. I did want to point out that maybe you should look into the laundry detergent that you use for the linens. My husband and I started itching as soon as we tried to go to sleep. We put on lotion and then we ended up taking allergy medicines. "

"I chose the property for its good reviews and proximity to the 405 freeway not realizing that it was a large UCLA conference center. That being said, it’s a beautiful building with very nice rooms and welcoming front desk staff. I would stay there again, but with the hesitation that parking is very limited for the size of the property and first come first serve. Also, though my breakfast was delicious, the woman who waited on me was barely cordial and greeted me with “what do you want”. Not the...
