"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

"Very convenient location. It is 1 minute walk to Oxford Street and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Jarien was lovely! The AC in my room wasnt working and she got it fixed asap. They also stored our bags since we had a few hours between check-out and our train. My entire party will stay here again the next time we are in London."
