"Hotel itself was pleasant, rooms are nice. Same standard of room can massively differ though - we asked to move rooms due to it not looking anything like photos, this was able to be done for us. Location just feels a little bit further out than other hotels I’ve stayed at in London. "

"We were disappointed by the size of the room (the shower was literally within a few feet from the right side of the bed and not part of the bathroom area) as it was much smaller than the photos indicate. We were also surprised to find that our room was not in the same building as the lobby, but in a separate building some 200 feet down the block without any lobby or common space what so ever. We were told that this was expressly pointed out on the web description. If it is, I'm missing where...
