"Hotel itself was pleasant, rooms are nice. Same standard of room can massively differ though - we asked to move rooms due to it not looking anything like photos, this was able to be done for us. Location just feels a little bit further out than other hotels I’ve stayed at in London. "

"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins.
