"The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"

"Staff are so amazing and friendly. We stayed in the executive suite with breakfast included and would highly recommend if it is within your budget. The location is easily accessible to transit to get to downtown / main tourist locations. There are also some really nice sights in the immediate walkable area. Found the access to the shopping malls really helpful for all the convenient dining options. Would love to stay again if we return to Japan!"

" Great location practically on top of Suidobashi station. Great for connecting to all the sights we wanted to see. My only complaint was the restaurants were VERY expensive compared to outside the hotel- even just across the road. The rooms are small with limited storage, but it’s Tokyo so not unexpected. Beds are also small- so westerners probably want a bed per adult (you could probably sleep 1 adult and 1 small child in one bed). The best bit was then laundry facilities. 8 washer/dryer combination machines that you can check status of via the telly. So you know before heading over if there’s a free machine and you know when yours has stopped. Machines auto dispense the laundry soap, so no need to bring/buy any. Staff helped us forward our bags to Kyoto, which made our Shinkansen experience much easier! All in all, a great hotel with fantastic and super helpful staff. "
