"The receptionists on Sunday 12th January went above their duty of care and help locate my phone charger which I accidentally left in the hotel room. This was promptly posted to me and I received this today with thanks."

"We really enjoyed our stay - the room was good, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and well presented, we ate dinner and breakfast, both very good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly , but one young man, by the name of Joel was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. In all, a very nice stay."

"Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you. "

"Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "

"Very good. The staff were all very busy, but bent over backwards to help. Loads of facilities on site. The Pub and Grill serves fantastic food and service was quick. It is very busy, so the pool, breakfast, and restaurant feels crowded, but it’s still fantastic for the price you pay for a night. We’ll be back."
