"Always love this hotel However, I always ask for an upgrade and it is never received.. they don't even acknowledge an upgrade was requested. A bit hard to discuss this after a long day travelling so I don't bother Otherwise a fantastic hotel"

"The hotel is in a really beautiful location and our room / balcony had amazing views over Lake Taupo.The room was clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is pretty old and the carpets in the corridors, the pool and the sauna could do with a refresh. Checking in and out was without a hassle and everybody working there had a smile on their face."
