I was looked after ever so profoundly with my biggest request being moved to the MÉ (sister hotel) because I ended up alone on the trip (unplanned). Yes, they accommodated my request while also providing daily credits. I can't tell you the level of over the top service that Manuel the general manager provided. If you end up staying here, select the Reserve option as the private pool and exclusive restaurant are worth the extra fee! The food is divine otherwise. "

"Without any doubt the best All Inclusive I’ve been to and we have been to at least 20 AI over the years. The room, the food , the staff and the entertainment team are six stars not five stars. I’d like to mention Kelly at the front desk, Israel at Casa Cortez, Aurelia at the buffet and many more !!! Fernanda Maria the captain of the dance ( entertainment) team is a superstar !!! Cannot wait to come back soon. I wish I wrote down more names to acknowledge the fabulous service and staff. We stayed 9 days and very sad to leave. "

It’s felt a bit isolated for me personally but if you are looking for pure relaxation and no excitement or entertainment it’s the perfect place to vacation. I will definitely be back, however it will be based on my mood and what I’m looking for in a vacation. "
