"We would definitely return to this hotel. Staff were so friendly and the bar manager went out of his way to arrange a table in the restaurant for us. He was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great value and excellent food."

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "
