"The house and backyard are nice and as pictured, however...The Property was listed with a heated pool and a spa, which is why we rented it. NO spa and pool was Not heated. When we asked to turn on the pool heater, we were told it would cost an extra $3,000! Pool water was freezing as it is mostly in the shade. The water heater was "on its last leg" as the owner said and we had to constantly relight the pilot light, The owner told us it would take three days to replace it, so we opted to go with...
