"Loved the room and the proximity to the airport! They don't have a shuttle, however, there is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes straight to the airport. A truly lovely stay and would stay here again!"

The best airport hotel for guests who are accustomed to best accommodations. We have stayed at this hotel more than 10 years during our travels and never been disappointed. "

"Very convenient location, easy check in process and a clean room with a view! I arrived at 11am and the concierge allowed me to check in my baggage so I didn't have to carry it around until 3pm. The restaurant, Vicinity, which is located on the main level had amazing food options and wine. I would reccomend that anyone stay here if they are looking to be in the heart of London. The Tower Hill tube station was a 6 minute walk from the hotel! "
