I give Beatrice, working in the restaurant, 10/10 stars as she helped me in English get food that accommodated my allergies and remembered specially my needs from the first meeting. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The room was clean and felt new. I lived the separation of toilet and shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels were huge!
