"Fourth time at Moon Palace-first time staying at the Grand. Family had a blast. Food/drinks were great as was the service. Only bummer was two water slides were not working (one at Grand, one at Nizuc). Plan on returning again in the future. "

"I liked the nightly shows. The variety in the buffets. The pools were marvellous. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bathrooms ( huge jetted tub and awesome showers) Only thing I did not like was the thought of putting dirty toilette paper into the trash instead of flushing it away…so I brought biodegradable toilette paper I specially ordered for the trip ( I read previous reviews lol) Great stay all around, Staff we’re wonderful!"

"ust got back from Haven Riviera Cancun and had the best time! The service was top-notch—every single staff member was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The resort has so many great options for dining. Ate steak for lunch every single day! Can't complain. Honestly, it felt like we were treated like VIPs the whole time. Definitely worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back! "

"I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing...

Staff was friendly except public relations at Grand hotel her name Stephanie very disrespectful to me , very rude and she was yelling to me when I asked her for help and answer my questions. she look like she has another problems but this not professional the way she talked to me. I love moon palace , this is my second time and I was planning to come next year but she changed my expectations for your high standards guest service. thank you "

"Food and night entertainment is phenomenal , the beach tho sucks, like there’s no beach , like 2 ft of beach and all of it is covered in seaweed , unlike the pictures . And not really any daily entertainment staff the only thing I’ve seen them do is Zumba and sometimes when asked beach volleyball , but it’s not at the beach just a sand pit. . Other than that great Stay ! "

"I cannot say enough positive things about Riviera Cancun. We came here on our honeymoon and it was the best decision ever. The quality and service is unbelievable! Everyday was perfect. Food, location, service, etc. What stands out most is the staff: Angelo, Julian, Eliseo, Mases, Itamar - and the rest of the gang. They made everyday fun filled, and are exceptional entertainers. We can’t wait to book our next trip here"

"We went here for our 25th anniversary and loved every moment! We especially enjoyed that all the food and drinks are covered when you book the hotel and the food was amazing!! It was our favorite part! At least 5 wonderful restaurants, including a buffet, and free drinks. This is an incredible deal considering most dinners would have cost at least $50 for the two of us anywhere else. It's also really close to Crococun Zoo which we really enjoyed and 30 minutes from Cancun. Just be sure to book...

"A great location for our family group. Staff was welcoming and unfailingly pleasant throughout. Enjoyed the food options. Favorite buffet for breakfast and lunch was the beach cove. Pools were lovely but the beach cove stood out with plenty of shade for lounging, shallows for the kids and fun snorkeling. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife (though discovered the monkeys know how to open the sliding balcony door to scout for food —had to keep it locked!) Appreciated how the buildings and facilities felt nestled into natural surroundings; walking from one place to another was a treat (but also caught a lift whenever we wanted on the electric carts). Would definitely go there again!"

"The property was great very clean and friendly staff. The only negative was the beach it was not clear beach like on the pictures. My kids were looking forward to being in the beach but it was full of what looked like wood or tree roots. This was a big let down for us. "

Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa All Inclusive

"Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort was excellent overall. The property was very clean and every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. One of the main pools and gym was closed which wasn’t disclosed at check in. Food at buffets was good, but the actual few restaurants they have are better, however it was very hard to get a reservation due to the fact that the link opened up at 8am, and everyone tries to go on at the same time and book a slot, the spots are very limited and almost impossible to get. Drinks were good, not watered down and bartenders very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of daytime pool activities. Beaches were nice but small. The room was nice and clean, and the staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked and ready for us. Bed was comfortable and towels were provided as well, at our service."
