"This was my second trip to Hotel Berlin and it won't be my last. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoy using the gym and the breakfast selection is very good. Staff are very helpful and they did an amazing job to help my mother celebrate her birthday and overcome her mobility issues."

"Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."

The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! If you enjoy breakfast, you're in for a treat... outstanding. "

"What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. There was a lovely balcony looking over a central area. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had an extensive pillow menu. This hotel definitely lives up to its 5 star rating. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely recommend. "
