One of the world’s largest pipe organs and a range of auditoriums make this theatre complex’s interior as impressive as its futuristic frontage.
With its pointed glass façade and eclectic program, the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre stands out as an architectural gem and a hub of performing arts. It is one of Toshima’s principal entertainment venues for music recitals, operatic performances and dance shows. Choose between the Concert Hall, the Playhouse, the Theatre East and the Theatre West for a show you want to attend.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre is on the western side of the Ikebukuro railway station in the center of Toshima. Drive northwest from the center of Tokyo for about 10 minutes to get here.
