"Sofitel is close to terminal 5 making a quick layover stay convenient and no need to go outside to locate a shuttle bus. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fluffy and high end. Great amenities in the bathroom. The only small criticism is the shower tile floor was very slippery. "

"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "

"Excellent stay before catching an early flight next morning. Check in staff were lovely, had a trainee check us in and she was a credit to the hotel. Swift service but still very friendly and helpful. Sorted a taxi for the next morning for us too. Highly recommend "
