First, the staff are so friendly and kind; from the bartenders to the entertainment hosts (Stephanie, Rodrigo, Jair: total legends), front desk, restaurant staff and cleaning crew. Everyone is so, so nice. The beach is exquisite and it's not so busy that you're battling for a chair, even if you come down at 11am. There's plenty of space. "Property was very nice and clean. Three minor issues are that breakfast items get restocked slow, we waited for bacon every morning. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working and the bathroom floor around the toilet was always wet as if it was leaking. Other than that it is very beautiful and staff was very nice and accomadating."
