"2nd time here. The property is beautiful. Food is exceptional. This time around however, we were unhappy with the room. The air conditioning wasn’t working well. Ceiling fan kept mysteriously shutting off. Had a hard time sleeping as it was so hot in the room. We came with friends and their room stayed comfortable. "Everything was great. Food, service, facilities. Only thing I can complain about is the pillows (for the non-diamond clubbers) they were all very hard. Perfect for families, lots of nightly entertainment and plenty of amenities like the pool, waterslides, splash pad for the daytime. "I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding.
