He messed up our dinner reservations and didn’t even do anything to fix—and supposedly he’s the head butler. His name was Antonio and not helpful even though we tipped him good."

Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not...

"An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch. "

"We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. ...
