"My stay at Wyndham Alltra Cancun was fantastic. The resort is beautiful with great beach views, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pirate-themed splash park is a hit for families. Highly recommend it for a memorable tropical getaway!"

"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first serve basis hated waiting on others and taking space for their time. If SLS play mujeres and Condesa got together they could switch off on a few things from each resort."

"This is such a family friendly resort, with several options for children to enjoy entertainment. The food options were great every day and night. I loved the deli downstairs. The staff are incredible and so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for young families. "

"This is our fourth visit to Emporio. It isn't a very strong hotel on client service, basic training. But this hotel has always tries to improve the infranstructure. The prices compared to other hotels with american brands/franchises are not insane. The food and CUA is fine, but not great. The other restaurants are way better quality, specially Baciolli. Service at the beach is good during a few hours a day, but generally speaking is quite variable from year to year. I did not rent a car, but it is quite a plus to have free parking. The hotel needs additional elevators."
