"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. Unfortunately the regular pool is closed since COVID and never reopened (the pool is not really advertised so that is fair), and during this stay the maintenance of the waterpark got extended which resulted in being closed as well. "I love this hotel and have been coming here at least once or twice a year since I've lived in Calgary. The only reason why I didn't rate this stay 5-stars is because the lights inside the hot tub were broken when I was there recently. It seems like a trivial thing, but they have such an incredible hot tub... it was a shame that it wasn't lit properly, it made it seem a bit dingy and uninviting this time around. Everything else was great."
