"This is a lovely older hotel right across from Kensington Gardens. Bus stop was right outside and it has 3 train stations nearby. We were traveling with our 10 and 15 year old and felt safe and comfortable. Close to Queensway for many food and shopping options. Staff was very friendly. Our rooms were ready and we were able to check in early. They also have a nice locked room to store luggage if you need to check out before flight. We did not eat the breakfast or utilize bar area, but we saw others doing so. Beds and rooms comfortable. Room got slightly warm but able to open window a little for air, it was no problem! We really enjoyed our stay here!"
