"We've stayed at the Thistle a few times before and we like it's convenience and general comfort. Would have rated it higher but the air conditioning was not really that cool and we slept on top of our duvets."

"There was one young lady at the desk who was very friendly. Unfortunately the one who checked me in was very curt. The staff in the dining room was quite nice and helpful. The interior of the hotel reflected a historical beauty. Within walking distance was church, shops and dining."

Only downside was there was nothing in the room to choose whether you had towels replaced. They replaced them after the first night so not very eco friendly, please provide the option to keep towels"
