"I am coeliac so required gluten free options for breakfast. A member of staff showed me what I could have and seemed to understand cross contamination. He made gf toast for me each morning and there was enough choice for cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. No cereal but maybe if I’d asked... The outside of the building, seen through bedroom windows, was badly flaking and in need of update. Inside was fine - especially liked the heated bathroom floor."

"The stay was pretty good, the room was ok but the bathroom was clearly out of date. There was also a very strange layout of the rooms on the floor but it wasnt too big of a deal. It also had a large elevator so even if several people were in there with large luggage it was not an issue."

"I stayed at the Europa for one night to attend a formal Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they let me check in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...
