"So, I would like ask many stuff in the check in area, because the guest were too tired after the flight. We needed to be helped very soon and then go the room and get food. The host were really attending but the stuff from check in disappeared en any second."

"This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation . "
