"The restaurants were good and facilities were always clean. We did not have problems booking the restaurants as we traveled during "low" season. Someone said during summer months it's too crowed but that was not our experience. Loved the cafe and the pools. I wish there were restaurants with direct sea view but there is none as you would have to pay for the other resort to enjoy that"

"Great place, beautiful, great service. Only problem 1 person didn't want change money from US to Mexican unless i showed passport. It would be waste of time going up and down elevator twice while im trying enjoy pool and give tips to bar or restaurants."

"This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation . "
