"After seeing Kyoto and taking day trips, this place was nice to come to at the end of the day. It’s not too far from the south side of Kyoto Station. What I loved also was that the laundry was free but get there at the right time. And there are massage chairs!"

"This was our second time in Osaka and we absolutely loved staying at the Cross Hotel! The location is unbeatable, and such a short walk to the Namba station too. The rooms were spacious and the showers were the best we experienced our whole trip. We had breakfast included which had a variety of foods for all tastes, and we throughly enjoyed the lounge in the evenings for a quick drink before heading out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area! We will be back!"
