"The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again."

"Hotel location is great, walking distance to major tourist attractions in Hanoi. But what made us Hanoi stay most comfortable and fun were hotel staff especially front staff Anna was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Hanoi but she showed us the point of interests on the map and how to get there. BF buffet was great and all other staff were also helpful and tour arrangement were great too. They made us love Hanoi and want to comeback here and of course stay in Lotus Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for great hospitality."

Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great experience that we would definitely recommend. Le Petit prince hotel & rooftop bar have a very good promotion us to eat and drink at their rooftop. The rooftop offered stunning city views, perfect for relaxing evenings. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, enhancing our overall travel experience. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities contributed to a pleasant stay. We appreciated the helpful concierge who provided excellent local tips. This hotel truly offers great value for travelers looking to experience the city's charm. We'll definitely choose it again on our next visit."

"The Solaria hotel is perfectly situated to explore Hanoi. The rooms were great, the hotel was clean and well presented and happy hour in the roof top bar to watch the sunset over the city was a welcome plus! The best thing about the Solaria hotel however was the staff! From the moment we checked in every single member of the staff was happy, helpful and friendly. From providing recommendations around Hanoi to ensuring we got to our transfers everyone was happy to assist. Daria was especially helpful and went over and above to help us after our check out: giving us recommendations for our next city, ensuring we could still use the facilities and providing us with treats for our overnight train. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
