"The only issues we had were: 1} Queueing for breakfast - we were down by 8am but those who were later (after 8.30am) had a 20 mins plus wait to get seated. 2}Paying for Parking - must be done within 20 mins or driving in - need to use the machine in the Foyer as a lot easier than the App which is quite a pain to use Apart from that no issues."

"Great location near a tram stop with superb restaurants on the door stop. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms as a family and both were very comfortable and clean. Some areas are a little tired and could do with some updating. We had breakfast each day and there was plenty of choice and it was all very good."

"Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."
