"This is a new resort, opened in July 2024. The room was very nice and staff members were friendly. There is a gate to the resort. It is a long way from the gate to the hotel. Unless if you want to stay in the hotel for the whole time, it is not very convenient to go out and see other places, such as Isla Mujeres. "I traveled with my 14 year old son and we don’t have one complaint! The walk to Ventus and El Cid was not too bad and they have carts to transport you if you get tired of walking. We spent most of our time at Ventus and El Cid as there was more to do. The roof top bars at Ventus Ha were really nice.
