"We stayed right before Christmas, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped us get one of the two rooms we booked before 10am with and extra fee. I did not like that they offer "free" cupons and "free" transportation to see their big resort with a $100 cash "reward" and free transportation to Disney Springs after the tour. I did not get that it was a timeshare type of thing until after. The tour was supposed to be 90 minutes and it took almost 4 hours and after we said no to buying...

"We liked the amenities and the pools, bowling and eating options for the kids. It was also an easy walk to universal or you could take the bus or water taxi. Minor improvement could be for cleaning staff to ensure that the grounds (ie Laundry room) are cleaned frequently. All in all a very pleasant stay and friendly attentive staff."
