This was our first time staying at this resort. Loved the adults only with the option to enjoy wha the family side had to offer. The grounds are gorgeous. Easy to navigate around the resort. Cleanliness of room was amazing with great cleaning service daily plus turndown service if you wanted. Our cleaner left us a gift one day as well which was super thoughtful. Staff were all friendly & engaging. Daily activities that were entertaining and fun. Night time entertainment was great. You can use the app to find out what activities are happening daily. One thing was you have book your suppers. Breakfast and lunch you didn’t have to but we didn’t know this prior to coming and how quickly some of the more popular restaurants fill up. Wish we had booked all of our suppers on day 1. But the restaurants we went to were all outstanding with great options. Wait staff was always friendly and there to offer drinks etc. One night we had a mix up of reservations and they got us in no problem. Concierge was helpful and friendly. The way we were greeted at the resort was amazing. Lots of pool and bar options and well laid out. The only thing for the main pool with the pool bar is people will get up really early to save their loungers. Not the resorts problem but it was a little annoying as people would save a lounger and disappear for hours. We truly enjoyed our time here. Want to come back again so we can experience all the restaurants as there’s so many options with the family side as well.

While a good variety of food options, we found the quality of the food to be lacking - too much salt on one hand (numerous meals) and tasteless on the other. Service was mostly great except one meal, they seemed to rush us through the entire meal.

Great place to stay. Food was abundant with great variety. A shuttle service from hotel to airport would be a nice added feature. The beach is decent aside from the seaweed and rocks in the water. My partner cut her foot as she stepped on one.

Property is very large. Water is weedy. Good variety food. Very clean. Staff was not rude but seemingly indifferent. Not lots of smiles. There is a huge difference between excellent customer service and average. The staff was average. Had two reasonable requests and neither was followed up on. Love the resort but wish there were designated smoking areas - as it stands, folks can smoke in all outdoor areas which means that every public space has smokers. Food is decent, it’s close to the airport and the service is great!

The overall size of this location is perfect to escape. Pick a pool, choose the beach, go with your own vibe with an added ability to change it up daily. I didn’t care for the beach vendors, but they aren’t associated with the property. The secret is they don’t go past a certain point, move you beach chair behind that point and you can relax all day. Food was outstanding and plentiful. Service was great.
