Tons of activities for adults and kids alike and they change daily. Having Elvis as our concierge was the best! Traveling to other islands near over the past few years, the kindness we had there was second to none! The staff made the stay exceptionally better. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. All the dining options were amazing. Chinola was my favorite restaurant with the best staff. The waterpark staff was also super amazing and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend checking out the excursions, the Scape Park was super fun and the staff made the experience an amazing time.

The property and customer service from the staff are impecable. We visited in Jul 10th 2025 the only thing that was a major setback for us was the beach. It would've been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of seaweed. The entire beach was so dark like coffee. I asked some of the staff and they said it was the time of the year. The sand is perfect like sugar powder.

Impressive!!! Everything about this resort was top notch! From the impeccable and friendly service the minute you step foot on the property to the absolutely beautiful grounds...and the FOOD!! The hotel is clean and quiet, but not worth the price. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the beach as it was covered in sargassum. The food is good, but honestly, I’ve stayed in other 5-star hotels that offer a much better overall experience for a more competitive price.
