"This place really felt like a blessing the staff really was attentive and so kind. We had a bit of a mix up on my end and they took care of us swiftly and they DID NOT have to it was my mistake but God is good and they were in his will. Customer service is always the major factor for me. Paulina in activities fixed my best friends bracelet out of the kindness in her heart. Stephanie in the Italian restaurant was soooo sweet and really paid attention to us. The Italian and Seafood restaurant were the best the Mexican was average. The buffet is either a hit or miss, they even ask you what your allergies are which is very considerate. Our room was always kept clean and the amenities were amazing. The beach is small and quaint but for me it was just what we needed on our getaway not too crowded and didn’t have to reserve a chair like others mentioned it was an off season so maybe in the summer. They always have events every night so try to get a room on a higher floor if noise bothers you ,however festivities usually end around 10 PM which is more than reasonable. There was activities for kids daily as well so it really is family oriented so I may bring my son back here. I honestly had the best time for my first time visiting Cancún and I would come back to this resort because they exceeded expectations. "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, 11/21-11/26. This was one of the resorts that was on the more “affordable” end. BUT nonetheless as soon was we got here we felt so welcomed. All the staff is wonderful and helpful. We got the king bed with lagoon view and the room was great and wasn’t “outdated”. I seen the reviews that the hotel was outdated and in a way yes but also as a couple in their early twenties this place was great. Now as far as activities for adults there isn’t much to do. The spa was expensive $300 so we couldn’t do that. The private dinner on the beach was also expensive and couldn’t do that either. They have a bar in the lobby and they play music every night , sometimes a singer and people dance but besides that there isn’t much entertainment for adults. My husband and I mostly did excursions in the day and were tired when we got back so we didn’t really mind. I thought they had 2 adults pools but there is only one and it’s always packed unless you go early or if you go later in the evening. Now the FOOD - everybody knows hotel food is mid so I really don’t why people are complaining about it. The food wasn’t the best but also not the worst. The Italian restaurant is pretty good and the Asian cuisine is pretty good too. But my husband and I mostly went to the buffet as they had more choices and changed everyday. Their tacos were probably our fav food, they served it by the pool everyday for lunch. The beach by this hotel is BEAUTIFUL. "
