"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"Had the loveliest stay here. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The room was more than comfortable with all the amenities and even items if you forgot something. A nighttime tea on the pillow and heated bathroom floor was the icing on the cake. Very conveniently located and was able to easily walk to several sights. Highly recommend!"

"Great location near the subway station. Also, there are many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed eating brkfst every morning at Zack’s restaurant nearby. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable! We really did not have any trouble and enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and we really appreciated the complimentary early check-in!!! Would stay again!"
