"Flew in from Chicago and took the train to the hotel. Showed up at 3:00PM which is the hotel's check-in time. Room was not available yet and they asked my pregnant wife and I to come back later. Gave my pregnant wife a free drink coupon to their bar to make up for it... Came back an hour later (4:00PM) and it was still not ready. They gave us another 2 drink coupons to make up for it. We got some food and came back and were told that we were not allowed to eat in their waiting area even though...

"Kensington is a very nice part of London, the buildings architecture of the park hotel is also nice. The furniture is quite old and the rooms are a bit small. Since the location is that good, it doesnt bother at all. The bed is comfortable. Its a perfect compromise if you dont want to pay too much but still have good connections to all sightseeing spots and nice quarters of london."
