"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"

"From my arrival to departure this Hotel was amazing the staff were amazing a special thanks to the concierge he was polite and helpful. Upon arrival 8am I was hoping to drop off my suitcase but my room was ready so they checked me and and advised to have. Long awaited shower and rest. This is exactly what I needed and although I had to change rooms as they couldn’t turn the heater down but nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this you will not regret anything. Breakfast...

"Large, bright, neat, modern apartment in lively but not noisy street near South Kensington tube. Walk to museums, Harrods, King's Road. Pleasant local shops and restaurants. Wonderfully warm and helpful staff added a crib and brought tissues and toys for my grandchildren, who had colds. Flexible assistance with car to airport. "
