"Another good stay, we originally started staying here for the location (very close to the Albert Hall) but now choose this when we come to London Great friendly service, and the hotel has a lot of character - its not a modern hotel so expect a few quirks and small rooms, but the decor is nice and fitting with the period Room was hot this time, but we could open a window to get some fresh air. "

"Good service wasn’t happy with the first room because of the shabbiness and lack of space - couldn’t get around the bed. Carpet and couch looked stained in areas. Staff relocated us to another room in better condition. Comfortable bed and relatively quiet so all in all a good nights sleep. My stay would have been genuinely 3 star if the furnishings especially in the bathroom where in a better condition. "
