"Is in a perfect location! Literally a 3 min walk away from a major tube station. It's safe, went on a few 2am walks in the area and never encountered anything bad. Also located by a lot of restaurants, and not just chains, local owned places too, which are a must for me. The hotel itself is very quiet. never really heard anybody making noise besides the normal people walking down halls. it feels hidden away, even if its on a major street. It had air conditioning which was must for us. I...

"On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby."

"Perfect location across from Tube station with 3 lines. Room was very quiet at night, both windows opened, and the aircon worked. Lots of great restaurants and shops close. Refrigerator in room. Bathroom worn out, but lots of hot water and storage, both there and in bedroom. Very nice, efficient staff, good housekeeping. Bed and pillows clean but very hard. Still, I was tired, and slept well!"

"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. Ignore it there is none at all. The saving grace was the staff booking in who were very courteous and the 24 hour helpline who...
