"The property was perfect for our family. There was a grocery store next door and Cacciari's was an amazing italian restaurant close by. We loved the food there. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Aside from location, I will say that the guest service was hands down, THE BEST, service I have ever experienced. I lost my phone on the tube our first day in the city. Kiddush was especially amazing. He called the tube multiple times for updates, helped me file a claim, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The entire staff was truly spectacular and went above and beyond."
