"The host was amazing, the communication was great and she kept us informed the entire time. The property however is in an older building that is starting to become run down. The room is showing signs of wear as well. There was black mold on the ceiling and there is no hot water. The views are amazing and having your own parking spot is a huge plus. The downside is the building that this great view is in. "

"Great location and right on the beach! Perfect for our first night in San Juan. Easy to get downtown from hotel. The building is older but they are working on fixing it up. It was an affordable and met our needs. All the staff were friendly and helpful! "
