"Traveled to LA with my daughter for a college dance audition in February 2025. I decided to choose this hotel because it is on the UCLA campus and my daughter has applied to the dance program. The facility is clean and beautiful. The staff was very professional. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. We did not eat in the restaurant however; it looked very nice. "The lady who checked us in was not nice at all. Not only did she not provide us information, she missed out on checking in the second room on the reservation. And did not provide any information that we heard other guests being provided. Overall, the hotel is in a nice location that is close to everywhere. The rooms were clean and the other staff were nice. The breakfast was also very good."

"I love this hotel. Convenient for my purposes and the rooms are great size, well-appointed, well maintained and extremely comfortable. That said, I would be remiss if I did not mention Troy, the Concierge. He is extraordinary. He manages to remember all guests names, what they need, prefer, or have requested and is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I cannot say too many good things about Troy. He is truly a treasure and provides the type of service rarely seen in hotels these days."
