"For the price this space was a good option. The finishes are nice and the bed is firm, which my husband liked but it was a bit too firm for me. There was a garden area to have complimentary toast and coffee in the morning or a breakfast for a charge. The staff were amazing. Thanks to Michelle, Eban, Nikita, Mariana and Carlos. "This is the 2nd time staying at Los Itzaes. Hotel is very well situated to food & shopping! It is noisier that we remembered from our previous stay.
