"Beautiful property, beautiful beach, staff is incredible, food is good- the French restaurant was horrible though, wouldn’t recommend. Drinks are tasty but I wonder if they are watered down because I didn’t have one hangover the entire week we were there and I drank a ton haha. Would definitely recommend this resort. "

"You never know what you'll get when you book a vacation online. I'd booked a family vacation with my adult kids and their partners and it was very important that everything was perfect! Akumal Bay was a dream come true. From the moment we walked into the resort we were all amazed. The reception was so welcoming and the hotel was breath-taking. Our rooms all had a view of the ocean and they were beautiful. We tried all the restaurants and loved all of them. Swimming and snorkeling on the beach was amazing and we all saw turtles, stingray and many large schools of beautiful fish. I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"This resort is incredible. It is huge and has everything you can ask for. That lazy river is so much fun and long, we loved it. All pools are huge and very clean. The beach is very nice and clean. The second beach are where the fish’s are in is so cool. Your little own aquarium to snorkel in. Food was very good and the drinks were flowing. Lots of activities and kids friendly. We loved our stay! New Year’s Eve party was very great as well. "
